What a newspaper can mean to a community

The Downtown Denver Partnership at its annual meeting this month took a moment to honor the Rocky Mountain News, which was involved in the life of the city from the start until Feb. 27 of this year. The words of Tami Door, the partnership's president, shine a light on what a newspaper - and especially its business section - can mean to a community.
